REVIEW SCORE

Peaceful retreats located on Bali's southernmost peninsula, the Aman Villas at Nusa Dua are set within palm-fringed grounds and gardens, with swimming pools flanked by aromatic frangipani trees. Modelled on traditional Balinese designs using local wood and stone, the architecture is offset by the works of local artists.

Each Villa embraces serene garden views and a beautiful natural setting, designed around an inviting swimming pool and terrace. Two bedrooms are housed in the main two-storey structure with open living areas, while one or more bedroom pavilions are set in the gardens. Each Villa also offers a large open-air dining pavilion for ten and a library.

Typically, arrival to each villa is via a forecourt that contains a double garage and a vestibule that opens to the villa landscape. There is a central two-story structure that provides two guest bedrooms on the lower level, separated by a gallery and a staircase leading to an upper level. Here one finds a lounging and dining area with beautiful open views on either side of the central stairs that lead down to the swimming pool.

About the Location

Indonesia, Bali, Nusa Dua

Nusa Dua is conveniently located 40km south of Denpasar, the provincial capital of Bali. Access is easy from the Kuta area (20-30 minutes) and Jimbaran (15 minutes) on the main southern route called Jalan Bypass Ngurah Rai. The place-name Nusa Dua can refer to two things: either it can refer to the entire eastern side of the Bukit Peninsula at the southern tip of Bali, or to the tourist enclave at the southeast side of this peninsula. The beaches of Nusa Dua are gorgeous - white sand, deep, long and safe for swimming. The public beach at Geger is the best to head to if you are not staying at Nusa Dua. This is also home to one of the best museums in Bali.

Bali is the most popular holiday destination in the Indonesian archipelago. Exotic temples and palaces embraced by lash nature, are some of its top attractions. After sunset, famous nightspots invite its many visitors to unforgettable nights. You will be amazed by the verdant nature and jungles. Bali also boasts world-class beaches and luxury resorts in hot spots such as Kuta, Seminyak, and Jimbaran where most of the accommodation is right on the beach. They also host some of Bali’s greatest surf spots. The eastern beach resorts are more tranquil and present the most beautiful sunsets. These include Sanur, Nusa Dua and the coast of Candidasa. In east Bali and northern region, you’ll find some world-class diving spots with calm bays. They're home to pristine corals and colorful marine life.

Indonesia is composed of many islands that display cultural and landscape diversity, located off the coast of mainland Southeast Asia in the Indian and Pacific oceans. With nearly 13,500 islands under its jurisdiction, Indonesia offers an adventure for everyone, from exploring ancient temples and hiking active volcanoes to diving in exotic, pristine waters. This country’s history and natural beauty will leave no visitor uncharmed. Indonesia is the fourth most populous country in the world after China, India and the USA, having the largest Muslim population in the world. It includes over 100 active volcanoes.
