The living room and dining room are both fully air-conditioned and designed with glass doors that slide open to the sun-deck outside. The living room is a light-filled space featuring a chic leather sofa with a matching coffee table, a library of books and a huge flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and surround sound speakers. On the other side of the book closet, there is an office space with garden views. The dining room features a whitewashed 10-seater timber dining table, illuminated by 3 hand-beaten copper lamps in the evening. Adjoined, you will find the kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art kitchen appliances and it also features a breakfast bar with high chairs to sit and enjoy a cup of Nespresso in the morning. There is a high-tech fridge with double doors and even a wine fridge to keep them at the perfect temperature. Upstairs on the first floor of this double-storey building, there is a breezy terrace and a billiard table.
