Spectacular coral reefs encircle a natural sandy sea basin ideal for safe swimming and are home to many various tropical fish species. The most beautiful beach of Carriacou, Anse Laroche, is 20 minutes away by walking or 5 minutes away by motorboat.
La Pagerie” offers five en-suite bedrooms with their own private bathrooms: Vanilla and Cinnamon on the ground floor, Nutmeg, Pepper and Ginger on the upper floor. The ginger bathroom is shared with Pepper. In addition, an independent studio equipped with two single beds (featuring a toilet and a shower) may be made available at the basement level (upon request). The villa is ideally fit for a party of eight guests and the maximum allowed occupancy is ten guests.
Verandas all around the villa provide an agreeable shade, and the tradewinds naturally temper the atmosphere at all times through louvered windows. A large sun and pool deck continues the spacious living room towards the sea, thirty feet under.
Carriacou is an unspoiled island located northeast of Grenada, reputed to be the friendliest and safest island in the Caribbean. The name of the island means "reef" in Indian: Carriacou is actually surrounded by a coral reef, making it a great location for diving adventures and snorkeling while circled by multitudes of tropical fishes. Gorgeous sandy beaches, featuring coconut trees that provide shade to an all times generous tropical sun, and more than 100 rum shops are some of the main reasons that will make you love this place. Carriacou has its own small airport named Lauriston, unfit for heavy-bodied aircraft, and is therefore closed to mass tourism, leaving the island to the “happy few”.
