The open plan villa has light airy spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows that invite wrap-around views into the villa. 360 degrees of classic Greek views. The 180° of seascape to the front of the villa rolls into the distant islands and mountains of the Peloponnese. The views from the back of the villa, sweep down over the gentle hills of Kilada on one side and to the old town of Kranidi perched on the hilltops of the other side of Kilada’s valley.
Everywhere you look – whenever you look, it is beautiful. The large well-equipped kitchen/diner is the hub of the villa, its jasmine fringed dining terrace blurs the lines between inside and outside living. Fresh local produce is wonderful and preparing it a joy in a kitchen with plenty of room for those ‘all together’ holiday moments. Swimming is central to the holiday villa experience and swimmers can choose between the lapping pool 20 x 7.5m, the Tots pool, and the Chatting pool. Surrounded by terraces to accommodate the sunbather and the shade bather. Sea swimmers are spoilt for choice. The waters and bays at the bottom of Villa No.10 Porto Heli private road, are exceptional.
Porto Heli is a small seaside town with a large port located on the eastern side of Peloponnese. This port hosts fishing boats and yachts during the summer giving to Porto Heli a uniquely cosmopolitan character. Porto Heli is considered to be the gem of Peloponnese offering lush green nature embracing its emerald beaches. For the most part, Porto Heli includes small attractive and secluded coves, rather than organized beaches (there are a couple of them). The peacock colored waters will captivate all your senses and will give you the relaxation you long for in an ambiance of incomparable beauty.

For the perfect vacation in Greece, skip Santorini, and stay at Villa No. 10 instead! This stunning luxury ocean view estate is located on a beautiful hillside, in the small seaside fishing village of Kilada, less than 3 hours drive from Athens. The ultra modern design and extensive grounds provide plenty of space to socialize with family and friends, and ample opportunity to spend time in quiet reflection. Start your day with a swim followed by breakfast alfresco, served on the balcony by the wonderful staff. Then relax by the spectacular resort style pool overlooking the sea all afternoon. The property feels so secluded and secure you may never want to ever leave; however, if when you decide to finally venture out, there is plenty to do within close proximity. We enjoyed the most breathtaking sunsets from the balcony each evening and often made the very short drive (5 min) to Kilada for a delicious Greek dinner on the harbor front patio at “Douglas”. The home is managed by Ms. Maria Roussi; an extremely knowledgeable, organized and responsive professional. With her assistance we enjoyed day trips to the charming islands of Hydra and Spetses, and spent warm afternoons touring a wonderful local winery and visiting an organic honey farm. She made dinner arrangements for our group, always making sure we were warmly welcomed and had the best table in the house. Truly the trip of a lifetime. Thank you for sharing such a special place with us.
The location is amazing - from a hilltop location a perfect 360 view on the sea, mountains and countryside, from sunrise to the most beautiful sunset over the sea and mountains. Three pristine pools - including the biggest pool (20m) I have ever seen in a rental villa plus two small paddling pools...and the best beach for miles around just 100m away from the house... A vast amount of amenities for all tastes...(from 5 star level toiletries, to a host of robes, beach towels, even tooth brushes for all guests in case you forgot yours, and supplies of everything...including birthday candles, which we happened to need...) But all this is nothing compared to the exceptional service and care from Mr Yannis, the dedicated house butler who will set the breakfast for you, squeeze fresh orange juice every morning, bring you shopping to nearby Kranidi to buy those perfect greek sweets and will even go so far as to rush to his house to fetch the perfect bottle of white wine for that fish we were cooking for lunch! I have rented houses across the Med for nearly 30 years, nothing comes close to this. We'll visit again!
A group of 8 of us were welcomed to this stunning villa for a week. The location is amazing, hill top location with the most beautiful views of the sea and mountains. The villa itself houses the most stunning interior designs, three sparkling pools, a cinema room and lots of areas to host dinners and drinks! Spacious villa equipped with everything you could ever imagine. Mr Yiannis the housekeep would go above and beyond to make you feel so comfortable at home during your holiday. From setting the breakfast table, to bringing drinks and pool snacks to even driving to the local pharmacy for those holiday colds! The location is perfect and peaceful. We rented a car and went to all the local villages which host lots of traditional greek restaurants and bars. Our favourite was the local fish restaurant Douglas who served up the most beautiful fresh fish daily! We all could not recommend this place enough we had the most relaxing and peaceful holiday, just what you need from a holiday!!
This luxurious villa is on the hilltop of a small village called Kilada overlooking the sea. We knew Our trip was going to be amazing from the warmest welcome received by the team. The villa itself is spacious, modern, very well appointed and fully equipped. It also has a massive pool or if we wanted with a very short minute walk we were just by the beach. THE sunsets you get to witness from the villa are just unreal. Everyday the sky would have different colours which I have never witnessed before. If you want to grab a bite somewhere else or experience the night life you good visit the small town of Portoheli or take a boat ride to Spetses. We preferred to stay in the villa as we had all we needed and we were mainly looking to relax and recharge our batteries. I would deffinetely recommend this property if you are looking to explore another part of Greece and aim to relax, have fun in an luxurious ways. we will be back. thank you
I stayed at No. 10 as a guest of a friend who had rented the villa for a week. From start to finish, the stay was magical – exclusive and convenient all the way through. It’s a scenic trip from Athens, a good way to see the islands as you go along (Poros, Hydra and Spetses – all made for beautiful window watching). The villa itself is modern and impeccably finished. The panoramic views are especially breathtaking at sunset. The pool made for a great gathering spot for the group as we lounged out and the kids could swim at leisure. The staff, Villa Manager and Mr John, set up everything for our stay (set up the loungers, outdoor barbeque, sourced delicious local ingredients and wines, they even provided welcome drinks) and ensured we were well equipped for our stay. No. 10 was a unique way to experience Greece – with both high-end eating spots and more simple tavernas easily accessible by car. Although the spacious kitchen meant it was a joy to stay and eat at the villa. Our time included a day trip to the picturesque island of Spetses, morning swims in unspoilt little beaches minutes away from the villa and lots of long lunches on the balcony. I have no doubt we will all be back, what a treat!
