Neos Marmaras is one of the most cosmopolitan villages in Halkidiki, built amphitheatrically on top of a hill and located 56km southeast of Poligiros. The village was founded by immigrants who came from Asia Minor in 1922. Today, the village attracts thousands of visitors every summer and involves great touristic infrastructure.
