White House Diaporos covers a total of 920 m2, including the main villa of 820 m2, the external Mini Villa of 47 m2, and two independent staff houses of 53 m2 in total. The spacious and comfortable 500 m2 ground floor includes a magnificent living room (85 m2), a dining room (58 m2), a study/library, an office, and a meeting room.
Also on the ground floor 4 spacious bedrooms with distinctive architecture and interior design, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a total of 8 bathrooms. The modern furniture has been carefully chosen to symbolize the island’s calm yet enjoyable atmosphere. The 260 m2 first floor features 5 bedrooms (2 with shared bathroom), one master bedroom with an office area, en suite bathroom with shower -whirlpool bath along with majestic views to the private beach and Mount Athos.

The 47 m2 external beachfront studio for two, offers a charming bedroom, a bathroom, a sitting room, a lovely private terrace with a sea view, and a private Jacuzzi for priceless moments of secluded relaxation. In the fully equipped bar and dining areas, one can enjoy moments of a peaceful atmosphere, in the wrap-around deck and ground spaces with outdoor living. The 95 m2 swimming pool offers chances for exercise and relaxation after using the fully equipped outdoor gym or after a refreshing dive in the turquoise sea waters.
This service is private, complimentary, and available at any time. The journey between the meeting point and the island lasts about 10 minutes on the quiet and soft sea all year round. A private beach with pontoon access awaits and is ideal for secured anchorage. The natural protection from winds is offered by the closed wind-resistant cove and the calm waters that offer privacy and safety to a wide range of boats, under any conditions and in all seasons. Upon your arrival at the island, the residence lies only a few meters away from your arrival point. You will have at your disposal and included in the price of the villa a self-service 5m boat with an outboard 30hp engine. The boat remains at your disposal all along with your stay and doesn’t need a license to drive, allowing you to go fishing, visit the islands around or even go until Ormos Panagias, a local village 15 minutes away to enjoy one of the restaurants around. A Butler service is included in our package and will be at your disposal every day. Wireless internet connection throughout the venue, daily maid service, in-house laundry, dry cleaning, child care, and babysitter on request, doctor available upon request, an in-house hairdresser can be arranged, pets upon request.
Diaporos is an islet in the bay of Vourvourou village in Sithonia peninsula, Halkidiki. The bay is deep enough for large yachts and will enchant its visitors with its beauty. It is the largest of the uninhabited islands known as the “nine islands of Vourvourou”. One of the most beautiful beaches of the island is Myrsini, also called White beach or Hawaii due to its saturated waters and light colored sand.
There are many reefs where one can snorkel in the crystal clear water. Diaporos coves are windproof and they can be reached within minutes from Vourvourou with a private yacht or organized boat trips. There are no permanent residents on Diaporos, yet there are holiday villas sparsely scattered around the islet that provides total privacy and will give you the sense that you own a private island. No shops or restaurants are available on the islet, yet nearby Vourvourou provides all amenities.
Halkidiki is the most popular tourist destination in northern Greece. It is a peninsula divided into three smaller parts, known as the three legs of Halkidiki. The first leg and most popular one is Kassandra with plenty of tourist resorts and organized beaches. The second peninsula is Sithonia, with less organized resorts and more secluded coves. Very interesting is a boat trip from Ouranoupolis that makes the tour of Mount Athos, a region with lovely beaches and impressive Byzantine monasteries.
