Tsilivi is a small vibrant village located approximately 5km from the town of Zakynthos boasting a beautiful sandy beach. It is close to Planos village and is framed with vineyards and olive groves. Just spent a week here, lovely place. Individual villas with own pool, sun beds and parasols, and full kitchen facilities. The staff are excellent, can’t do enough for you. Food excellent in the restaurant and the same menu is available for room service. When we arrived we discovered in our villa that all bathrooms had a shower over bath which was unsuitable for my elderly father. We called into reception and they moved us straight away to something more suitable. We also couldn’t walk to the restaurant with my father but they have little golf carts and they collected us straightaway from our villa and then took us back after we’d had breakfast every day. It’s high on a hill so lovely views, a 15 min walk down to Tsilivi town centre which has numerous bars and restaurants, plenty of taxis to get you home. Absolutely fantastic and would recommend highly without hesitation.
I stayed here for 10 days with my family. The whole holiday was beautiful! The villa, Olive Tree was lovely, it was cleaned daily, including fresh towels every day. We had an extra person joining a few days later and the staff managed to fit an extra bed to facilitate for us all. Breakfast was lovely, the pancakes were a 10/10 from me:) The staff are all so friendly and made us feel very welcome…especially Erra/Irra the reception dog. We were quite concerned about the ‘hill’ that was mentioned on a few other reviews…the hill is steep but the views from the villa was all worth it:) The hill can be a struggle but we all managed to walk up it numerous times throughout the day.
Unique place, friedly stuff, fantastic view. The villa we stayed was very well equipped with a lovely swimming pool. The restaurant had delicious food. The wifi was fast and we were escorted to our villa by a club car. Highly recommended!!!!
