The villas cover an area of approximately 20,000 m2 and each one has its own borders. The villas are located in a quiet and serene place with private road access. Each house faces east, basking in the sun from dawn to dusk. Each luxury villa has 3 and 4 en-suite bedrooms, a good-size living room with a fireplace, kitchen, and loft. The homes are self-catering. The properties are located in a mountainous region which is perfect for those who like walking and hiking.

Villa Dahlia is situated on a plot of land 7800 sq m with 5500 sq m belonging to the Forest land. The actual habitable surface area is 194 sq m. This luxury home is a three-storey building and consists of 4 bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace, dining room, open kitchen, loft, storage room, veranda and balcony. The villa can accommodate up to 7 persons.
Villa Dahlia benefits from its own private pools (separate for adults and children) and Jacuzzi. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning panoramic sea views, which covers the Ionian sea, Nydri village, Vlycho Bay and the islands (Scorpios of Onassis, Meganissi and Ithaca – Odysseus Island), furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. The villa contains two double en-suite bedrooms, one twin en-suite bedded room and one single room, which is ideal for families, friends, couples who are looking for a relaxing holiday. There are plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
Nydri is the most popular tourist resort of Lefkada Island located 17km south of the Town. Situated within a natural bay, it boasts the best tourist infrastructure of the island with great restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. Embraced by lush green Nydri is ideal for families also for its magnetic sandy beaches that stretch along the coast. The homonymous beach involves unique white sand and emerald waters and is adorned with palm trees. One can enjoy amazing views of the islets of Heloni, Sparti, Madouri, and Scorpios, the famous island of Aristotelis Onasis. Nydri has one of the busiest ports in Lefkada with ferry connections to Meganisi, Ithaca, and Kefalonia islands. Culturally it is a very vivid place with plenty of events and religious celebrations during summer. Worthy sites in Nydri are the remains of the prehistoric settlement, the famous waterfalls, and the beautiful Dimosari Gorge.
Lefkada belongs to the Ionian island group, located west of the Greek mainland, known for its vivid turquoise sea color. Beaches, like Porto Katsiki, Kathisma and Egremni, are among the most photographed places in Greece. It is called by many the Caribbean of Greece for obvious reasons. Connected to the mainland through a bridge, Lefkada has the advantage that it can be accessed by car.
