Villa Aktea is perfect for larger families while the other five villas are spacious and comfortably furnished in a traditional style with a luxurious touch.
A magnificent suite of 65m2 overlooks the Thealos village settlement on its northeast end. Its name is Passithea who according to Greek mythology was the goddess of relaxation and rest or according to another version she was one of the Three Graces. Due to its privileged location on the highest spot, it combines incomparably the green-clad landscape of the island and its panoramic view of the hospitable Ionian Sea. Tens of boats and pleasure crafts sail in the peaceful waters combing a cosmopolitan scenery which is supplemented in a wonderful way by the ideal architecture of the exterior area and the high aesthetics of the interior decoration.
The unified space of the Passithea suite offers excellent conditions for the accommodation of 3 people. In the living room, there is a comfortable couch which can be transformed into a bed, a comfortable armchair, small functional furniture in food taste, a dining table of good design for four people, and rich electronic equipment for the guests’ recreation (TV set, DVD player, WiFi).
The king-size bed matches the ecological blankets and the tasteful curtains. The spacious wardrobes follow the same high standards of comfortable accommodation. These surroundings of luxury are easy to access and of unique finesse is finished with a pleasant ambiance that the lamps and the modern paintings create. Guests may deposit their valuables in a safe.
The kitchen is separate from the living room and there is excellent equipment for electric appliances. There is a fridge, a cooker with an oven, a microwave oven a toaster, a boiler, a blender, and a coffee machine for all tastes. The sets, the cutlery, and all the household appliances are in good taste. In the interior of the suite, there is a spa with a lighting system and a Jacuzzi for private and special moments of relaxation, good health, and revival with a wonderful view of the picturesque bay of Liya.
It should be pointed out that in the suite there are ideal bioclimatic/environmental conditions which are ensured by the air conditioning unit(cooling and heating), of the highest quality as well as the ventilation and shading system (rolling shutters, mosquito nets on the window frames) and ecological building materials. The independent exterior of the suite, the verandah, the tasteful furniture, the garden architecture designed according to the Mediterranean landscape characteristics creates a hospitable environment of discreet accommodation and fine aesthetics. There is a private shady parking place and two big swimming pools with a Jacuzzi which guests can use, as well as a barbeque grill.
Stone lanes, a well –looked-after garden with trees and flowers, comfortable deck-chairs with parasols, discreet lighting, combine an ideal meeting point of the modern with the traditional landscape of Lefkada.
Lygia is a lovely coastal village located 6 km southwest of the town of Lefkada. In front of this picturesque village, the main road leads to Nydri, the busiest tourist destination on the island. Lygia is a family destination and popular with fishing lovers. The colorful gardens of the houses, create a beautiful frame. The main beach boasts calm crystalline waters and soft sand. The picturesque fishing port hosts many boats and there is a wide selection of taverns close by that serve the best seafood dishes. The village is mostly preferred for a short stay or a daily excursion from the center of the island.
Lefkada belongs to the Ionian island group, located west of the Greek mainland, known for its vivid turquoise sea color. Beaches, like Porto Katsiki, Kathisma and Egremni, are among the most photographed places in Greece. It is called by many the Caribbean of Greece for obvious reasons.
