Villa Dendrolivano at Fiscardo View Villas is one of the most sought after villas on the Island of Kefalonia due to its idyllic hillside location overlooking the yachts and fishing boats moored in the harbour of Fiscardo. Kefalonia is the largest island of the Ionian group, located between Lefkada and Zante. The communication during and after booking was very good.
The location is just 400 mt to the centre of Fiscardo. A car is not necessary unless you wish to see more of the island.
The villa is reasonably comfortable and plenty of space. The interior could do with a bit of modernising considering the cost.
The kitchen has just the basics and if you want to cook it’s not great. We did not so all good.
The welcome pack was excellent and drinking water provided was a nice touch.
The external area has lots of space to sit and chill and a nice pool and BBQ and a lovely view over to Ithaca.
Very private also.
The daily service was good and mid week clean good.
We also were granted late check out to time with our ferry which was great.
My biggest frustration was the wifi! Very unstable and a weak signal especially in the house and upstairs was useless.
That needs improving.
That said it was a very enjoyable week in a lovely part of Kefalonia
have just returned for my annual trip to sunny Fiskado staying in these delightful Villas once again.
There location is absolutely perfect
I think this is probably my 8th or 9th time in the Villas .
They still feel like new , the inside and outside are kept to perfection. I just love the whole outside concept with the pool and different areas to relax and select your required amount of sun and shade
I would recommend these Villas to anyone who is wanting to push the boat out, to that special little treat that they deserve.
You will not be disappointed . I have already re booked for 11 nights in 2018
This has to be one of the best holidays we have ever had, my wife said it's like having a five star hotel all to yourself. The villa was absolutely perfect in every way,. The view of Fiskardo from the patio was amazing and the villa was immaculate, everything you needed to have a perfect holiday was provided.
Everyone was there to make your holiday run smoothly, the maid kept it all lovely and clean, there was someone to clean the pool and put up the parasol and to keep the gardens looking beautiful. Elina organised a taxi to pick us up, the driver was so helpful she was lovely.
Thank you to everyone for making this a fantastic holiday.
We cannot recommend Elina and this villa more, from start to finish it was absolutely amazing and we were blown away by all the special touches that Elina and the staff made to ensure that this really was a perfect stay and couldn't be more helpful and made it so easy too! The villa really was spotless and its location was to die for, I don't think that any holiday that we have been on previously or indeed any that we will go on in future will compare to this week, theres literally too much to add in a review other than to say a big thank you to Elina and the staff for really going that extra distance and making this such a memorable stay. Thank you and we hope to see you again soon. We literally could find nothing even remotely negative to say about our stay!! :)
