The villa has three levels: a semi-basement, a first floor, and a first floor linked by an internal staircase. The semi-basement includes a bedroom with an en suite toilet, a laundry room, and a playroom. The ground floor is open plan and comprises a completely furnished kitchen, a dining area, a lounge area, a guest-toilette, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. You have easy access to the pool from the main floor, which is great for relaxation and sunbathing. There is also direct access to the beach with four private sunbeds in front of the villa. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a terrace with a breathtaking view of the water. When you arrive at Corfu's airport, the owner will greet you with a name table and take you directly to our Villa. The owners live as close to the villas as possible and personally attend to the villa rentals as well as customer service, ensuring that their visitors' stay is as convenient and friendly as possible.
The villa is situated in the south-westerly part of Corfu in a lush location (Halikounas) and offers a spectacular view of the limitless, azure Ionian Sea. The area's unique natural elegance, coupled with the serenity it brings, makes it a perfect location for rest and relaxation. Within a 10-minute stroll, you can swim at Halikounas Beach, one of Corfu's most scenic and biggest beaches. Just within a short distance are beautiful beaches with crystal blue waters and tavernas serving traditional and high-quality food. Lake Korission is a popular local attraction since it is home to turtles, tortoises, lizards, and a number of native and migratory birds.
Halikounas is a beach located 25km southwestern of Corfu town. It is one of the most stunning sandy beaches of the island and it stretches for more than 3km. Halikounas is ideal for peaceful holidays since the beach has no tourist facilities and its pristine nature with crystalline waters will become a private paradise. The nearby Lake Korission is one of the main attractions of the area which is home to numerous endangered bird species.
