The living room internal scale leads to a nice loft with a comfortable couch that can become a bed to hospitalize one extra person and a dining room with a fireplace. The first floor is connected with the second floor through an internal marble stair.
A few meters outside the villa you can enjoy the beach which is fully equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas - a shower. There is also a 35s.m swimming pool where you can rest at the comfortable sunbeds. The villa has a lovely green garden with grass around it, local trees, and a playground. mIn the garden there is a hand made barbeque, beneath a wooden pergola, allocates a grand wooden teak table and chairs.
