Margaret Villa Heraklion is a new build rental situated on a cliff located in Gouves, Crete about 2 km away from the sea. The area is peaceful and contains panoramic coast and mountain views. The gardens of the villa have spectacular views.

Margaret Villa Heraklion is a two-floor and nicely decorated house. The main entrance of the house on the ground floor opens to a sunlit sitting area with a sofa-bed and an open plan fully equipped kitchen. On this floor, there is also a double bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower, a WC and a washing machine. On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms with single beds and a bathroom, equipped with a hydromassage bathtub and a WC. Every side of the house has balconies on which you can relax and enjoy the view and the privacy. The villa has a 40 sqm covered barbeque place with a traditional wood-burning oven.

Gouves Heraklion is a beautiful sandy beach with crystalline waters located 16 km east of Heraklion. The beach was awarded a Blue Flag for its cleanliness. Gouves Heraklion boasts great touristic infrastructure and includes a lot of activities, such as water sports, beach bars, etc. The resort where all the facilities can be found is called Kato Gouves and is located just behind the beach. Here you will find various bars, restaurants, and clubs. In Gouves you have the best of two worlds; a great natural environment but also a cosmopolitan character and vivid nightlife, also being close to the major city of Heraklion.

Amazing villa!

We staid two weeks in the villas. We were a company of ten persons, and we had booked both villas, but at the last moment we booked a small apartment that they had on the same grounds (when we asked for the extra space, they had it prepared the same day). The stay was great! The villas were spacious, spot clean and had everything you could need. The view from the living room and balconies was amazing. Many times the beds are horrible when you rent something, but in this case it was great. Enough parking space. We didn't need them, but air conditioning was present. Pools were wel maintained and clean. Most part of the day in the sun, so that was a big plus. But by car, the beach was nearby too. Chersonissos was nearby, bakery and supermarkets too. The owners of the villas were very friendly! If something was needed, they would make sure that it would be done in a very short time. We were able to use the outdoor kitchen, which had - just like the house - great views. We loved to use it and again, if we needed something, the owners would make it so. Bedsheets and towers were replaced frequently, every three days. They would make sure it would be done when we were gone, so that we didn't have the inconvenience. I would definitely return to these villas next year. The location, the beautiful houses, amazing view and lovely and helpful owners made it actually one of our best stays.
