It has a large swimming pool, hammam sunbeds, jacuzzi, barbeque, billiards, football, gym, lounges, a fully functional kitchen, eight bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. Balconies and terraces offer stunning panoramic sea views and minimal furnishings and materials lend a clean, peaceful atmosphere.
You will be able to enjoy all of the above while experiencing Cretan hospitality, so that your vacation will be an unforgettable experience.

Ground floor:
At the main entrance, you will find a courtyard with seating and billiards playing a game of eight-ball, overlooking the sea. Your first impression as you enter the villa is the bright, large living room with fireplace, comfortable seating on the plush sofas and armchairs, 65 inch HD TV with Netflix® and satellite channels. The open space features a large indoor dining area with a wide handcrafted wooden table and a fully fitted kitchen with high-quality fittings and appliances and access to the outside BBQ.

The Rocks suite, one of the villa's six master suites, is located on the ground floor and offers a King Size bed 2m x 1.6m, wardrobe, work desk, private bathroom with shower and 45 inch HD TV.

First floor:
Reaching the first floor via stairs or lift, you will find a shared toilet and three master suites. The Sunset and Sunrise master suites are equipped with a double bed (1.6m x 2m) that can be split into two single beds, a 45-inch TV with satellite channels, a private bathroom with a shower, a wardrobe and a work area. Sunrise has a balcony overlooking the barbecue area and the mountain. There is also the Queen master suite with a private large balcony, sitting area and outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the sea. The suite amenities include a King Size bed (1.6m x 2m), and a large closet-room, work desk, private bathroom with shower and hydromassage.

Second floor:
The second floor consists of two luxurious large penthouse suites, Sea and Red Sky. Bright and dreamy, with sloping ceilings, the suites have King Size beds (1.6m x 2m), large private bathrooms with showers, wardrobes, work desks, 45 inch TVs with satellite channels. Each suite has its own private balcony with sitting area and jacuzzi where you will spend quiet hours enjoying the panoramic view of the sea and the mountain.

Outdoor:
From the interior living room you can go out to the pool courtyard. There you will find a comfortable, outdoor dining room with a large handmade wooden table that was used by the monasteries to enjoy your drinks and meals, you and your company. You will also find the specially designed 50 m2 infinity pool, which is filtered with a special salt system and not with chlorine or other chemicals. You can enjoy your coffee or drink in the 2 lounges or on the sunbeds by the pool.

Bright semi-basement:
You can keep fit even during your holiday in the semi-basement, where we have created a fully equipped modern gym with multi-instrument, treadmill, air bike, rowing machine, weights and other accessories.

In a specially designed corner, you can spend beautiful moments playing football with your friends. Nothing compares to the feeling of detoxification and rejuvenation - after a demanding workout - in the hammam that we shaped like a cave, a unique experience.

About the Location

Kokkini Hani is located 14 km east of Heraklion. It took its name from a ‘hani’ of 1900 which was a sort of an inn for people and animals. Farmers would make a stop to rest or sleep overnight and have a meal on the way to the Heraklion market. There their horses and donkeys would be cared for and fed. In the early 60s, Kokkini Hani became a pole of touristic attraction. Kokkini Hani developed rapidly primarily because of its wonderful beach but also for its exquisite restaurants and taverns that offered many different cuisines – including local traditional cuisine, freshly-caught seafood, and international specialties. Its proximity to Heraklion and its airport – only 10 minutes away, was another factor. In Kokkini Hani there are many bars and cafes, but the nightlife can’t be compared to that of nearby Hersonissos.

Heraklion is the biggest and most popular region of Crete on the eastern side of the island located between Rethymno and Lassithi. It is a city of contrasts, offering intense nightlife in nearby regions such as Malia and Hersonissos, but also many peaceful places, particularly on the southern side.
