Inside this single-level villa, you will find the main area. There is a large, bright living room with an HDTV and air conditioning. Right next to it you will find the dining area and a dining table. The living room has large windows that access the garden and the pool area. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with all of the required essentials. All 3 of the bedrooms and the open room are beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic and are sunny during the daytime. The villa also offers 2 bathrooms with a shower. The villa also provides its guests with a washer, iron, and air conditioning in the open room and in the master bedroom.
Gerani is a quiet seaside village, located 15km west of Chania. The cosmopolitan village of Platanias is within walking distance and there you can find all amenities from tasteful restaurants to nightclubs and malls. The characteristic of Gerani is a small stream that passes through it. Gerani boasts a lengthy sandy beach with crystalline waters which has often been awarded a blue flag. The beach of Gerani is partly developed with sea beds, umbrellas and canteens, but you can still find more quiet spots to relax and enjoy the sun. There are also water sports facilities. This village is next to the national road, therefore a transportation hub where one can visit many places.
