Rodia Villa Chania has been decorated with exquisite opulence and apart from the central heating system, is also fully air-conditioned and has two wonderful stone-made fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.
On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a comfortable living room with sofas in front of the fireplace, a dining table, and a uniquely designed corner with a personal computer and fax machine. The marble bathroom with the shower comprises a washing machine and a hair-dryer. Both bathrooms are equipped with luxurious toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and bathrobes. On the first floor, the main bedroom has been decorated with special taste. The private wooden balcony of the bedroom offers an unobstructed view of the garden, the pool, and the ocean. On the first floor, there is also a walk-in closet and a marble bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, an expensive gold-plated mirror and beautiful lights. On the third floor, there is an attic made of wood with a double bed.
Xamoudochori is a semi-mountainous settlement in an altitude of 110m with a stunning view towards the sandy beach of Platanias. It is located 19km from the city of Chania. Its residents are mostly employed with the production of wine and olive oil. From the hills of Xamoudochori, one will enjoy the ample view to the vineyards and olive groves overlooking Spatha.
