We had a wonderful stay at the villas!

It was a short distance to small markets, restaurants and the beach. The villas were clean and nice, and there was also cleaning staff midweek which was included in the price. The host had bought water and snacks before we arrived, which we really appreciated. We had a great time!

We went there with friends for my 30th birthday. Host was always responsive and the accommodation was great! There were snacks and drinks to welcome us, and he allowed us to check in earlier. The accommodation was very clean, and there is a beach literally a 2-minute walk away

There were 13 of us there, and everything worked out very well. A really lovely place to stay, and very well equipped. We will definitely come back. The holiday was very nice thanks to our great accommodation. The accommodation was very clean, tastefully furnished and perfect for relaxing. We particularly liked the great view, the beautiful pool and the quiet location.
Hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and always available. You felt immediately welcome. The location was also ideal for exploring Chania and the beautiful beaches in the surrounding area.
We wholeheartedly recommend the villa and would come back at any time. Thank you so much for the unforgettable time!

Absolutely stunning property, exactly as described

There was a big group of us but the property worked perfectly with the garden door left open so we could easily move between both villas.
Will definitely be rebooking. Such a perfect location, lots of restaurants and bars. The beach club was only 10 mins in a taxi and old town was only 30 min drive.
Thank you so much for making our weekend memorable!

Amazing Villas!! Amazing Location!!

We visited Chania for our family member's 60th birthday. We shared this villa (two separate villas) with our brother in law and his family. The host was amazing! He stocked the villa's with basic food, wine, water, beer and soft drinks. all Linens, towels and beach/pool towels were provided. He was so responsive (helped us with rental car, restaurant & private chef recommendations & was available anytime I reached out to him). The villa was beautiful, tastefully decorated and so comfortable. It had everything you needed. He opened up the divider between the outside of the two villas so that we could comfortable go between the two villas. There were so many things close by. Grocery store, shops, restaurants and a beautiful little beach. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back to this little slice of heaven. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Great host, great villa, great break.

A great host. Communication from booking through to departure was excellent. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a drink and a friendly, happy face (Stavros) who made sure we settled in and had all relevant knowledge of the villa and area. The villas are extremely well equipped (meeting expectations from photos) and are within a 2 min walk of the beachfront and a number of places to eat. Buses into Chania can be caught from the corner of the street if you don’t hire a car. Great host, great villa, great break.

We had an amazing stay!

The place was beautiful. The location was perfect. Only a two minute walk to Kalamaki beach, which was great. Excellent restaurants that were very close. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind. He helped us organize trips and was always very responsive. Overall we would highly recommend this place. We will be back!!

This villas are exactly as you see in the pictures, if anything better.

The host was wonderful and the villas are not only beautiful but the location is perfect. The sea and a small quiet beach are 3 minutes walk, the supermarket 1-minute walk and plenty of local places to eat in less than 5 minutes. We would definitely come again and can think of nothing to fault it…

Thank you for an unforgettable vacation for our family!

We had such an incredible stay at these villas. We were a group of 15 adults and 2 infants and the space was perfect for us. The villas were extremely clean and well-stocked with breakfast items, beverages, and local treats. The location was excellent, a 5-min walk to the beach club, restaurants, and shops. Stavros provided two cribs (wonderfully made-up with sheets, pillows, and comforter!) and a high chair for us. Stavros was a superb host, very kind, provided a ton of excellent recommendations and always answered our questions in a timely manner.

We had a wonderful time staying at the villas

Loved walking to the beach and the local restaurants. Stavros was extremely responsive and made us feel right at home when he welcomed us with a shot of raki. Stavros helped us organize transportation for 11 of us and the villas were stocked with everything you could need, including snacks which was such a nice touch after a long day of travel. Would absolutely recommend staying here and we hope to be back!

There was 20 of us girls and we had the most amazing time.

First of all, the villas are stunning and so beautifully designed with lots of space in all the rooms. It was spotless too! Secondly, Stavros, the owner, was so attentive and nothing was too much to ask, he even allowed out to check out later. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would 100% recommend for large groups.

Highly recommended!

Mr. Stavros met us in the house when we arrived late one night, he walked around and showed us how everything worked. The house was very clean and fresh, nice beds and nice bathrooms.
He had also stocked up on cold drinks (beer, soda and water) and even some breakfast food.
Offered a Greek schnapps that was popular.
The house was very centrally located, close to the beach, restaurants and the bus that goes to Chania.
We chose a good and nice house, liked by our children and grandchildren 13
who knows, we might come back.

Exceptional stay

Stravos (villa owner) was an amazing host and very kind. Was super responsive on Whats'App and communicated very clearly to us.
Gave us good recommendations and even allowed our group to stay a bit longer so they didn't have to store their luggage somewhere else.
Would recommend others to stay here. We were honestly surprised at just how close the beach was and how easy it was to get around.

The whole place is very modern and comfortable, has nice furniture, and is very clean and well-kept.

The pool and patio area were also great. The location was excellent, super close to the beach and to some local shops and restaurants. The host was also very helpful, and easy to communicate with, and he left us a lot of great snacks as a welcome gift!

Beautiful villas that were spotless, modern and with all the amenities you could ever need!

The pools are such an amazing sun trap so we had managed to sunbathe even when it was only 20 degrees. The rooms were huge and really comfortable - even better than the photos! I would highly recommend for any large groups. The host was so proactive and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
