The other one is 50 m² and it is suitable for 4 people. Every apartment has a shower bathroom with a bathtub. All the rooms are spacy, with modern design and magnificent views. The ground floor apartments overlook also the beautiful pool area. Facilities also include a private pool of 50 m², BBQ, umbrellas and sun loungers, table tennis, and a mini football field. You will enjoy a magnificent sea view and mountain view from the terrace and the pool area. This is a perfect villa for families with children as they will certainly enjoy the large garden and the football pitch.

Lovely welcome with desserts and Greek salad. Huge villa with plenty of room inside and out, a nice host couple, who were both very helpful. The property is well positioned for visits to the city and is only a short (6–8 minute) walk from the closest beach.
There was enough room for our 11-person group. The gracious hosts made us feel right at home. I advise everyone who wants to stay in Chania to do so.
The hosts gave us a wonderful and warm greeting on our arrival and then surprised us with some delectable meals! When we had inquiries about the property or the surrounding region, they were really helpful.
