The balconies have a sublime view to the sea. At the basement, there is a third bedroom with an adjacent bathroom and balcony and a playroom, which can be used as a fourth bedroom if needed. Outdoors, the buildings and grounds are well designed and include a wide private pool (40 sqm) for each villa with hydromassage and lovely comfortable sunbathing areas. There is also a pergola and a stone build barbecue. Aqua Beachfront Villas Chania is ideal for beachfront holidays in Chania Crete island.
Rapaniana is 20 km west of Chania and 4km east of Kolymvari. It is a part of the lengthy beach stretching from the peninsula of Rodopou to Chania and it includes the beaches in front of the villages of Rapaniana, Minothiana and Skoutelonas. Rapaniana boasts a sandy beach with crystalline turquoise waters. It is less cosmopolitan than Platanias, thus an ideal choice for those who want to avoid big crowds. Rapaniana beach is organized with umbrellas, showers and lifeguards, and worth mentioning is that it is a refuge for the sea turtle Caretta caretta, which is a protected endangered species that find refuge to this beach to give birth. Been visiting this villa again and again and never been disappointed. Lovely view of both sea and mountains and only a 10 minute drive to Kyrenia. Villa has everything you need for a fantastic holiday, sun roof plus three other seating areas, barbecue and a beautiful pool which is cleaned twice weekly. Beds and towels changed weekly. The host is only a phone call away if you need her
Nothing was too much difficult for the hosts because they took such good care of us. The accommodations are top-notch, immaculately maintained, and clean. There is nothing better than having a swimming pool outside your home.
The staff is also very kind and helpful. I would suggest this location to both folks looking to unwind with a group of friends and families with young children. The village is small and serene, but it has great tavernas and is conveniently situated.
