Designed for refined luxury stays, destination weddings, and large private gatherings, the villa combines generous indoor spaces with expansive outdoor areas surrounding a stunning infinity pool.
The villa spans 380 square meters over two levels, the ground floor and the first floor, and is surrounded by approximately 500 square meters of outdoor living space around the infinity pool, making it ideal for celebrations and events. Free private parking is available within the estate, close to the villa entrance.
The ground floor features four elegant double bedrooms, each measuring 26 square meters and furnished with a king-size bed (180×200). Every bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with shower and two private balconies: a front balcony of 10 square meters with breathtaking views over the sea and pool, and a rear balcony of 3 square meters with tranquil mountain views. The first floor mirrors the same layout, offering four additional double bedrooms of identical size, amenities, and panoramic balcony views. In four of the bedrooms, the king-size bed can be converted into two single beds (90×200) upon request, providing flexible accommodation for different group needs.
All bedrooms are fully equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, 40" flat-screen TVs, bathrobes, towels and pool towels, slippers, hairdryer, shower gel, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner, as well as an iron. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Daily maid service is included, and all rooms are strictly non-smoking.
The common indoor areas include a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious wooden dining room accommodating up to 18 guests, and a comfortable sitting room with a 65" smart TV. A sofa-bed is available for up to two additional guests upon request. On the ground floor, there are also two extra common bathrooms, including one WC and one disabled WC.
Outdoors, the villa offers an impressive infinity pool measuring 14 by 7 meters with a built-in jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, and shaded leisure areas designed for relaxation and entertainment. Guests can enjoy a shaded outdoor cooking area with a barbecue and traditional wood oven, a large shaded wooden dining and seating area for up to 20 guests, a shaded outdoor bar, two stone-built benches, eight sun loungers, and four umbrellas. The private beach is just 100 meters away, offering direct and easy access from the estate.
A wide range of complimentary services enhances the stay, including a private local cook who prepares a pre-ordered, three-course, locally inspired menu based on traditional Greek cuisine. Menus are shared with guests prior to arrival, and only the cost of ingredients is paid at the accommodation. Additional complimentary amenities include four stand-up paddleboards, two canoes, a welcome homemade drink, outdoor ping-pong, karaoke equipment for fun themed nights, and fishing rods. Early check-in or late check-out may also be arranged subject to availability, while daily maid service and 24-hour local support are always included.
