Villa Victoria is a recent building, architecturally structured on two levels, with materials taken from the volcanic earth, and based on traditional island standards, such as the dome of Santorini, wooden windows with blinds inside the house, and the beautifully forged cement screeds in the bathrooms, blessed with the colors of the island white, blue and black. In addition to its traditional character, it combines the modern kitchen – with black granite countertop, fully equipped refrigerator, cooker, washing machine, and dishwasher- with a luxury living room enriched by lightly neoclassical furniture and smart television. Netflix subscription is provided with access to its vast catalog of Films, TV Series & Documentaries. Inside the house, air conditioners create a cool and pleasant atmosphere.
The master bedroom includes a built-in whirlpool bath in a tone of grey cement and it is situated on the lower level of the house together with the second bedroom & its adjacent domed bathroom. One indoor and one outdoor staircase bring you to the second level of the living room, kitchen, and WC. From the terraces, the visitor has the pleasure to enjoy all the shades of blue of the sea, the sun as it emerges from the sea of Santorini painting it with inspiring colors, the sighting of Anafi island and the pool with garden.
At the same time, one can profit from the wild beauty of the view on the mountain, called Mesa Vouno, on top of which the Ancient Thira is -with ruins like an ancient theater and from which the island got its official name, THIRA. The transfer from the port and the airport is available upon request. The bus stop is only 250 m and the beach is just 300 m. Also, our existing garage will relieve the stress of parking.
Kamari Santorini is a famous beach resort located 10 km southeast of Fira, the island's capital. The beach is covered by impressive black sand which beautifully contrasts the blue of the sea, while on the left side of the beach is an enormous rock called Mesa Vouno emerging from the water. Kamari is most impressive at night when the rock sparkles under the lunar light. The beach of Kamari is fully organized offering a wide range of facilities and water sports. Stroll along the waterfront and enjoy the architecture of the picturesque lined up houses. Kamari, due to the modern amenities including hotels, restaurants, bars, cafes, and night clubs attracts a lot of tourists during the summer. From Kamari, a road takes you up the mountain to Ancient Thira where you can see the relics of this civilization, and a boat can bring you to the isle of Anafi which is great to explore.
