Villa di Capo – Antonis was named after the patriarch of the Arvanitis family. The idea for the winery was exclusively his. This building was the heart of the traditional winery, where grapes were stomped and the must be made.

The spacious villa is 115m², it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to six adults. You can enjoy the view of the Venetian castle and the Cretan sea from the pool and the extraordinary Santorini sunset from the private terrace that overlooks the Caldera. You can relax in the living room, cook traditional plates with the island’s local products in the kitchen or read your favorite book at the office lounge. Enjoy a private pool, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining space, a lounge, an office, two bathrooms, a flat 55” screen with satellite TV and Netflix, VDSL internet, a safe, large wardrobe, and private parking.

About the Location

Akrotiri Santorini is located next to the famous Red Beach. It is amphitheatrically built at the southeastern side of the island. Akrotiri is the most important archeological site of Santorini for the fact that it used to be a Minoan settlement which was destroyed around 1600 BC due to a devastating volcanic eruption. Akrotiri village is dotted with scenic houses and here you will find a traditional windmill. Many tour boats arrive in Akrotiri and tourists disembark to the nearby beaches. A sight not to be missed is the Venetian castle. The outstanding frescoes of the ancient city of Akrotiri can only be seen in the National Archaeological Museum of Athens. Akrotiri has plenty of churches worth visiting and among the most special ones is the church of Agios Nikolaos built right above the impressive reddish rocks of the Red Beach. In Akrotiri, you will find some lovely hotels and also many tasty taverns with a beautiful sea view.

The best option for a week in Santorini, in our opinion. At any moment, we'd make another reservation!

excellent decision A five-person family may fit comfortably in a rental automobile. There was a spectacular perspective of the cathedral, castle, and sea, and everything was brand new and immaculate. The Caldera, Fira, and Oia can all be seen from the roof, which is also an excellent place for photo ops. The lovely pool, which has beanbags and lounge chairs, may be used even when it's windy outside. The top-notch care provided in the villa begins one week before arrival and is offered essentially round-the-clock. The fridge is stocked with food when you arrive and is replenished every day. So breakfast is taken care of.

I had the finest time staying here with my three children.

As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed and given a ton of information on the island and its attractions. The villa itself was finished to a high standard and was stunning both inside and out. The photos hardly do it justice at all! Dressing gowns, slippers, towels, and amenities were all plentiful. Every day, food including bread, milk, cereal, spreads, juice, water, and coffee was replenished. The villa had everything we required and was ideal for a week of rest. It was a pleasure to lounge by the pool. From beginning to end, our stay was flawless, and the excellent service added to this.

This location met all of our expectations! This location is great if you wish to stay away from the bustling city centers because the host and staff were so wonderful and accommodating. Walk down to breakfast and lunch with a view of the Venetian castle on a peaceful and simple day.

Booking is highly advised!

This trip was fantastic! Undoubtedly, you'll want to rent a car, although there is parking at the residence. A few different cafés and pubs, as well as a small grocery shop, are all within walking distance. Have you got a glimpse of the castle from your amazing home? a sea view with magnificent sunsets. We adored the pool; it served as the ideal haven from the hustle and bustle of the city. Theodosia was very accommodating by allowing us to check out later. Every day, someone came by to make the beds and clean the apartment. There was food and drink in the refrigerator. When we returned, we would most sure stay here again.
