As you enter from the street there is a shaded garage. A path leads to a spacious interior courtyard with a large built marble table, BBQ, guest WC, and an open-air shower. In this courtyard, there is a guest room with 3 single beds suitable for teenagers and children attached to a bathroom with a shower. This room has both exterior doors and is also connected with the interior door with the ground floor main house.
Next to the guest house is the main entrance to the ground floor. It features an open plan area including a living room, office corner, TV room with library and fireplace, and a dining corner. Next to the living area, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area and 2 terraces; one on the back and one in the front with outdoor dining facilities, a partial sea view, and a wooden pergola. In front of the living area, there is a veranda with a partial sea view, garden furniture, and a wooden pergola. The swimming pool is in that backyard next to this veranda.
On the other side of the living area is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with a large shower room. Magnificent sea views are possible from the bed and the veranda outside the bedroom.
From the main courtyard, stairs lead us to the upper-floor guesthouse. It features one bedroom with a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with shower, and living area with 2 sofa beds There is a private veranda with a panoramic view of the Aegean and Naxos Island in the distance. A day bed with cushions is available on this veranda for your relaxation while enjoying the magnificent view.
A separate entrance leads us to the basement where one finds a bedroom with twin beds, en suite bathroom with shower, and living area. A window is responsible for the lighting and fresh air of this area.
Elia Beach Villa Paros keeps a cool temperature throughout the day and one can always find shade in one of the surrounding courtyards and terraces. Fans are available in all bedrooms. The house is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, hi-fi, and Wi-Fi in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher; a washing machine is available in a separate small laundry room and storage area.
Santa Maria Paros is located in proximity to Naoussa, and is a long coastline that includes two beaches with golden sand and with a stunning view to the island of Naxos. Due to its size, it is quite an active beach, with snorkeling being among the top choices along with scuba diving in the diving and windsurfing center found there. The water is emerald and crystal clear and the sand has a whiter shade in respect to other beaches of the island. It is fully organized, with sun beds, umbrellas and water sports facilities. Behind the two beaches, there is a campsite, and during the peak season the beaches get crowded with campers. The beach of Santa Maria in Paros can be reached by local bus or by boats departing from the harbor of Naoussa.
