Each villa boasts an area between 80 and 180 square meters, depending on the type, and can accommodate from 4 to 10 guests. The Iliada Mansions boast an impressive area of 180 square meters each, bedazzling visitors with their contemporary elegance, natural light, ample space, supreme comfort, and island flair. These villas, being built in 3 levels and featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, promise restful summer holidays, where everyone can relax indoors or outdoors, enjoying the coziness and comfort of a private residence, as well as the array of amenities of a boutique establishment.
The Iliada Mansions can accommodate up to 10 guests and are split in 3 different levels. The lower level features a living room with sofa beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed, as well as a storage room, the ground level has one bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a shower, two bedrooms with 2 twin beds each, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, and the upper level features the master bedroom with the ensuite bathroom that has a bathtub. The Iliada Mansions have large private patios with outdoor furniture and incredible views, an interior staircase connecting the three levels, and 2 separate entrances in the lower and ground levels.
Stelida is a beach in close proximity to Naxos Town and borders with the two most popular beaches of Naxos, Saint George and Agios Prokopios. However, Stelida is not an obvious choice for most tourists for the reason that it has limited amenities. It combines sand with pebbles on its extent. Accessing Stelida by car is easy during the low and middle season. Most people who choose Stelida, come from the area's touristic accommodation which has only recently been developed and is considered among the island’s finest and most luxurious. Stelida gathers mostly tourists who appreciate nature more than the comforts and amenities of an organized beach.
