The elegant villa is a 3 level spacious villa with an internal staircase and large terraces that provide an amazing view of the Aegean sea and the unique cedar forest of Alyko. It consists of 3 floors, the top floor, the ground floor, and the basement. The first floor provides a fully furnished kitchen, a living room with a terrace, and an outdoor dining area. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms with verandas, 3 single beds, and 1 bathroom. Finally, the basement consists of 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The villa is designed in a romantic style with wrought iron beds, white and brown furniture in earthy colors in order to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere for our guests. Furthermore, our villa provides parking, a garden, a shared pool and a barbecue with the next-door villa. It's an ideal choice for 9 guests who want to have a memorable holiday in Naxos!
The 4 level luxury villa is the ideal choice for 6 people. The top floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a microwave, a cappuccino machine, a washing machine, an oven, and a luxury fridge. It also has a spacious dining area, a living room with a fireplace, and a covered terrace with a breathtaking view. The below level where the main entrance contains a large dining and living room with a terrace leading to the outdoor barbecue area, garden, and swimming pool.
The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a rain shower. Finally, the huge basement consists of 1 bedroom with a dressing room (walk-in wardrobe) and a uniquely designed bathroom with a rain shower and jacuzzi. The combination of baroque and modern design provides the guests with the luxury and comfort they need for an unforgettable stay on the magnificent island, Naxos.
Aliko beach in is a wonderful small cove on the south western side of Naxos Cyclades protected by the winds. Located only 17 km south of Naxos Town and just after the beaches of Kastraki and Glyfada, Aliko will offer its visitors a more tranquil ambiance ideal for relaxation away from the crowded resorts of the island. This region consists of many small bays with powdery white sand and crystal water. Aliko is not an organized beach with cantinas and sunbeds and its pristine character is what differentiates it from most beaches of Naxos. Tamarisk trees line the shore providing a shade shelter to visitors. Above the beach of Aliko, there is a unique cedar forest with marvelous sand dunes that gives an exotic flair to the beach. This forest has been declared a protected natural area. Aliko can be reached by private means or by bus. The local bus to Aliko departs from the port of Naxos and includes 6 routes per day.

This place was absolutely gorgeous and I highly recommend it! It was close to the beach and the pools were beautiful! We used the outdoor kitchen quite a few times for our group and found everything we needed! All of the bedrooms were beautiful. All necessities like a hair dryer were provided.
Both houses were beautiful, well stocked and the bedrooms were all a good size. Both pools were fantastic, with lots of sun lounges, bean bags and umbrellas. The cleaning staff visited each day and the place was immaculate. It backs on to the beach and is in easy walking distance of other beaches, including the beach near the Hotel ruins. The bus stop is also convenient, however would highly recommend a hire car for the stay here. Overall a fantastic place and we highly recommend.
