Panormos is located on the northern side of the island of Mykonos and it is a very secluded sandy beach with no developed tourist facilities or water sports centers, thus not popular with big crowds. Panormos is a tranquil and non-organized beach with the typical rough scenery of the Cycladic islands. Its bay is open to the north, therefore it is exposed to winds. This is one of the few beaches of the northern part of Mykonos that are appropriate for swimming. Visitors need private transport to get there as there are no public means available.
