The ground level hosts the living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, and the dining area. At the top level, there is the master bedroom with its bathroom and its own veranda with a view of the sea. The underground level hosts three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen, and a laundry room. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. The well-designed outdoor area located in front of the villa displays a large modern pool and a great lounge area around it. Also, there is a built-in BBQ under the elegant wooden pergola where guests can prepare their own meals while enjoying the marvelous sea view.
