Elea Estate Mykonos, a newly built villa of exceptional architecture, is located above one of the most beautiful beaches of Mykonos, Elia beach. The unobstructed views of Elia Beach, the Aegean Sea and the islands of Naxos and Paros, together with the comfortable outdoor areas offer guests a relaxing environment on holiday.
The villa has an area of 500 sq m and is built on a plot of land of 4700 sqm. It has a total of 12 bedrooms over three levels. On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, a bathroom and a sauna. From this level there is direct access to the 100 sq.m pool, the covered BBQ area and a large terrace with stunning sea views.
Three bedrooms and three more bathrooms on the first floor of the house, also with large windows and unobstructed views, and a master suite and another bedroom with a walk-in closet located on the second floor. The southern exposure of the house ensures lots of light throughout the house, creating a pleasant atmosphere all day long, and protecting it from the frequent winds that have given Mykonos the nickname “Island of winds”.
Furthermore, two independent guest houses: one is at the pool level with its own kitchen, living room, double bedroom, and bathroom. The second guest house with ensuite bathroom, sitting area, and small kitchen. There is also an additional 5 suites. The villa has satellite TV, fireplace, security system, safes, and private entrance. The lovely Elia beach is 200 meters away, while the town of Mykonos is within a 10-minute drive.
It is considered as one of the best beaches on Mykonos island, Elia is for sure one of the prettiest. Located 8 km from the city it's peaceful and will steal your heart with the soft golden sand. Enjoy the locals' hospitality and the simplicity of this region. Here you will meet lots of national and international famous people who also came here to enjoy the clean blue waters and quiet atmosphere.
Ideal for waters sports such as windsurfing and jet ski the beach you will not want to leave from the beach. From here you can also go by boat to Plati Gialos or visit ‘Watermania” for its waterslides. Eat at one of the restaurants of the region and ask for some marinated shrimps, it is a truly local delicacy.
