The villa offers 7 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, multiple verandas, many corners, and different levels which makes it ideal for large groups and big families. All guests can hide and have private moments tucked away from the rest of the group. The house extends on three levels, consisting of the main with 3 bedrooms and 4 independent suites. Entering the entrance of the main house you are in the open plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. At the same level, you will find three en-suite bedrooms with access to a large terrace with a shaded dining area, an outdoor lounge area, and a heated jacuzzi-plunge pool. At the upper level, you will find the pool area with a heated infinity pool, sunbeds, and shaded lounge areas, from where you can enjoy the uninterrupted sea views and a pool bar that aims to be the spirit of the pool area.
There is also an autonomous guest room with an en-suite bathroom and wet bar with direct pool access on this level. Two more suites with separate entrances are located at the lower level of the villa. There is also one more spacious suite with a separate entrance but no window on the corner of this lower level. The villa has its own gardens with organic vegetables that the guests can use. The distance from the center of cosmopolitan Vourkari is less than 10 min walk, with many restaurant options, bars, cafes, and shops. There is also a dock for boats and yachts if you are coming with your own boat.
The scenic and extraordinary Vourkari is located 2 kilometers from the port Korissia in the bay of Saint Nikolaos, 7,5 kilometers from Chora or Ioulida, 3 kilometers from the resort-bay of Otzia, and a few minutes from Yialiskari beach is a meeting place for yachts and locals. Saint Irene's Peninsula is located just across Vourkari and is named after the chapel of the same name that is located within the archaeological site. Vourkari is an enchanting destination that meets the needs of even the most discerning tourist, combining one-of-a-kind natural scenery, stunning beaches, exciting views, and rich historic heritage.
Vourkari is also a popular destination for sailing boats looking for a peaceful and beautiful port to spend their weekends in. The deep blue water of Vourkari, as well as the unique morphology of its bay, provide a friendly atmosphere for water sports enthusiasts. Aside from traditional sailing, which has a long history on the island, visitors can enjoy water skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, wake surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing, swimming, and other exciting sports.
Kea belongs to the Cyclades island complex also known as Tzia and is located south of Athens. Its architecture and landscape share little similarities with the other islands of Cyclades.
