Villa Phivi at Heliades Villas Andros is a luxury villa rental with 5 bedrooms and a private pool. Villa Phivi is one of the three luxurious holiday homes of Heliades Villas complex in Kato Fellos, Andros Island Greece. This villa of 255 sq.m, fully furnished and equipped, is situated in an amphitheatric location on the southwest coast of Andros. Easily accessible throughout the year, Villa Phivi is designed with the use of natural, environmental-friendly materials, in a combination of Cycladic and modern architecture. The villa offers a breathtaking view over Fellos bay and a green valley shaped by mountains. It extends into three levels and can host up to ten (10) individuals in its five bedrooms and spacious living rooms. Villa Phivi is completely autonomous from the other two villas. with exclusive landscaped garden, swimming pool and parking area. The house has been built with great care and selective materials, such as marble, wood and stone.
The main entrance of the villa is located on the first level, at the main living area (76 sq.m), which includes a large living room (lounge & dining room) with fireplace, built-in electric-equipped kitchen and WC. Through marble stairs, the guests can reach the upper level (54 sq.m), which hosts two bedrooms with wooden floors and a shared bathroom. The swimming pool level of the residence has an additional separate entrance and is connected with the main living area with an internal staircase, made of marble. It has two bedrooms with bathrooms, a fully built-in electric-equipped open plan kitchen with sun-lounge over the pool, living room with fireplace, dining room as well as a separate WC.
Fellos is a very picturesque cove with a soft sandy beach in the north-west part of Andros island approximately 35km from central Chora. It is easily accessible, ideal for swimming, family vacation and relaxation under the characteristic tamarix trees which create the perfect shade. This small bay is sometimes affected by summer winds (meltemia). Enjoy a sea meal in the picturesque coastal tavernas. Fellos is also ideal for fishing, while in close distance there are other beaches, like Kourtali and Selki.
