The villa is set out on 3 levels. On the ground floor, you will find a large open plan living and dining area seating 8 persons. Widescreen TV, satellite, and WIFI connection are available and there is also a sound system and iPod / iPhone docking station. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. You will also find a W/C on the ground floor.
The basement room of the villa is in effect a studio apartment. It features a comfortable living area with a TV, a double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a luxury shower/Jacuzzi unit.
Upstairs on the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and the main family bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and bedside cabinets. Sliding doors lead out onto a balcony area that overlooks the garden. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi shower unit and WC. The second bedroom also has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and a door leading out to the balcony. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, and bedside cabinets. The main bathroom also has a Jacuzzi shower unit and WC.
Outside, the large garden and pool provide the perfect setting for relaxing and sunbathing. The pool has roman steps for easy access and there is also a separate Jacuzzi. The built-in barbeque area and patio table are ideal for outside dining.
Overall, this is a fabulous villa, close enough to the resort center to enjoy all the amenities yet far enough away to enjoy to have a relaxing stay.
Protaras is a tourist resort under the administrative jurisdiction of Paralimni Municipality in Cyprus. In ancient times, where Protaras is now located, used to be the old city-state of Leukolla. Protaras is also known as "the land of windmills", maintaining a nostalgic note from the past. Protaras features sandy beaches with crystalline waters, the most well-known of which is Fig Tree Bay.
