On the ground floor, the villa features a large and modern open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room has a comfortable seating area with a widescreen TV and Satellite TV including 6000 movies in demand. The dining area seats 8 persons and the kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and large patio doors leading to the garden and pool area. You will find one of the double bedrooms on this floor which has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC There is also a separate WC on this floor.
Upstairs are the remaining three bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, and one double bedroom, all with en suite bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi shower. All bedrooms have balconies with two of the bedrooms overlooking the stunning sea views. Outside, the large, vast garden and pool area is ideal for peaceful days of relaxing and sunbathing whilst admiring the ocean views. Protaras is a tourist resort under the administrative jurisdiction of Paralimni Municipality in Cyprus. In ancient times, where Protaras is now located, used to be the old city-state of Leukolla. Protaras is also known as "the land of windmills", maintaining a nostalgic note from the past. Protaras features sandy beaches with crystalline waters, the most well-known of which is Fig Tree Bay.
