Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living and kitchen area with seating for 8 persons. The kitchen has everything required for a comfortable self-catering stay. Kitchen door leads out to the pool and garden area. There is also a W/C on this floor.
Upstairs, the villa has 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The family bathroom has a bath tub with overhead shower.
Outside, the villa has a large private pool and spacious garden area with sun loungers and patio furniture, ideal for outdoor dining during the summer. Safety net for the pool is available at the villa.

Protaras is a tourist resort under the administrative jurisdiction of Paralimni Municipality in Cyprus. In ancient times, where Protaras is now located, used to be the old city-state of Leukolla. Protaras is also known as "the land of windmills", maintaining a nostalgic note from the past. Protaras features sandy beaches with crystalline waters, the most well-known of which is Fig Tree Bay.
