Downstairs the villa has a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area, with patio doors offering sea views from every angle. The furniture and decor are contemporary and stylish, with ample seating in the living and dining areas. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay and there is also a breakfast bar with a seating area. A W/C is also located on this floor.
Upstairs, the villas have 4 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. There is another double room, a twin room and a triple room with 3 single beds. The family bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower. Outside, the large garden area is fully landscaped with flowers and trees. The overflow swimming pool is the perfect place to spend long summer days sunbathing. An outside seating area overlooks the pool and is great for evening dining if you want to stay at home and light the BBQ.
A pool table and football table provide hours of entertainment for both kids and adults and satellite TV and WIFI are included. The villa also has full air-conditioning and an open fireplace for use during the colder months. Pool heating is also available and is optional, charged at 35 Euros per day. It raises the temperature of the pool by a maximum of 5 degrees. Truly a 5 star property, this villa is an excellent choice for a luxurious holiday.
Protaras is a tourist resort under the administrative jurisdiction of Paralimni Municipality in Cyprus. In ancient times, where Protaras is now located, used to be the old city-state of Leukolla. Protaras is also known as "the land of windmills", maintaining a nostalgic note from the past. Protaras features sandy beaches with crystalline waters, the most well-known of which is Fig Tree Bay.
