Villa Klio Ayia Napa is a luxury villa rental with 3 bedrooms and a private pool. This beautiful villa is located in Ayia Thekla, on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, just a few minutes' drive to the beach, ideal for those looking for a peaceful break.
As you enter the villa, you will find a large and spacious living room with comfortable leather sofas, widescreen TV with Satellite, and patio doors leading to the pool and garden area. There is a dining area with seating for 6 persons and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you require for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar with extra seating for 2 persons. You will find one of the bedrooms on the ground floor which has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC and a double bed.
Upstairs, you will find the remaining two bedrooms, both with double beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main bathroom is on this floor with a bathtub, overhead shower, and WC. There is also the added luxury of a lovely, large roof terrace with a seating area overlooking the views, perfect for a relaxing evening.
Outside, the spacious garden has a barbecue, outside dining area, sun loungers, outside shower, and private pool. There is an extra workspace with a sink for your barbecue nights. The perfect choice for your relaxing and tranquil holiday.
