Sleeping 12 plus 4 guests in a total of 6 bedrooms across two floors, the Villa can comfortably accommodate large families and groups of friends, and its range of amenities leaves no generation neglected. With an indoor playroom and game area, large sundeck with a heated pool, kids playground, Jacuzzi, sauna, and fitness, you are bound to have something to do no matter what kind of a mood you’re in.

In the quaint village of Dubravka on the far south of Croatia, Villa Panorama puts you in an ideal spot to enjoy meditative moments and ultimate privacy, but remain at an arm’s reach of many praised cities and experiences. Konavle, the area of rural traditions, rustic architecture, good wines, and kind people, will entice you to be active, whether it’s cycling, hiking, jogging, learning about gastronomy or silk, or simple sun gazing. Enjoy a morning jog in the hills, then take a 20-minute drive for a fresh fish luncheon in Cavtat and then hop onto a boat to directly to Dubrovnik Old Town. Or spend a day crossing borders, whether to enjoy the stunning beauty of Boka Bay and UNESCO-listed Kotor in Montenegro or to discover the Islamic heritage in Mostar.

The property of Villa Panorama Dubrovnik comprises 240m2 of interior spaces and an exterior four times that size. Embraced in spectacular natural beauty and indulging in stunning views and fresh countryside air, the array of outdoor amenities parallels the one of a fine hotel.

The highlight is by far the expansive stone terrace with a 9x5 meters heated pool, lined with sun loungers but also a shaded gazebo area. There’s a particular charm for parents and guardians here, as the kid's play area sits within a glance. Thus, you can at the same time relax around the pool and keep an eye on your playful little ones. To get your blood pumping outside, enjoy a game of table tennis and to keep to your health and fitness regime, enjoy the well-equipped exercise room with a sauna and an adjacent shower room with a Jacuzzi tub.

The interior of the house is split between two levels connected by an external staircase, and each can function as a separate whole, making this property ideal for two families or two close groups traveling together. The stairs also conceal a hidden gem to be shared between the two floors – a large Jacuzzi for up to 5 persons!

The ground floor consists of three bedrooms, two doubles, and a twin, and two bathrooms, one en suite and the other one shared. The open concept area includes a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a comfortable lounge, both connected to the game room with pool and football tables.

The upper floor also features three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen with an elegant dining area continues onto a lounge with many entertainment options, from SAT TV and DVD to PlayStation and I-pod dock. The signature of the upper floor is its rustic indoor barbecue with several wooden beer tables, ideal for spending time together enveloped in the traditional Dalmatian dinner preparation – grilling! Some fresh fish of the grill is best served in the adjacent glass-paned terrace featuring a large dining table, just ideal for familial meals over stunning views.

Spacious, simply but elegantly decorated and full of things to do, Villa Panorama Dubrovnik is definitely a choice to consider if you are looking to spend quality time with your loved ones, slightly away from the rest of the world – yet close enough to join back in whenever you feel like it. As close to heaven as it gets!

About the Location

Croatia, Dubrovnik Riviera

The unofficially known as the "Dubrovnik Riviera" and officially as the Zupa Dubrovacka named after the Zupa bay, stretches over 20km of diamond coast between Dubrovnik and Cavtat. Sunny and not spoilt with excessive tourism, this region is predominantly agricultural boasting a stunning scenery.

The vegetation is Mediterranean and the wealth of coves and emerald beaches has made the region a favorite resort spot for locals and visitors, especially in recent years. Just behind the mountains lies Bosnia-Hercegovina.

The principal villages of the Riviera are Kupari, Srebreno, Mlini, Soline and Plat. Of these villages, Mlini is the largest and most developed, Plat is the quietest and Srebreno has the longest beach.

The beautiful and extremely well-fortified city of Dubrovnik lies in the very southern region of Croatia and has had a special position for centuries. The former city republic is still a Croatian enclave, separated from the Croatian mainland by narrow sea access since the Ottoman times. This sea passage belongs to the neighboring country Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The greatness of the defense fortifications the big city of Dubrovnik once had must still be taken into consideration even though the imposing ramparts and fortifications no longer serve their former purpose. On the contrary, Dubrovnik and its surrounding areas rank among the most preferred destinations of many tourists coming to Croatia. The region is quickly and easily accessible due to the international airport of Dubrovnik. This is a place that offers it all; a rich and well-preserved cultural heritage, wonderful beaches, secluded coves and unspoilt, typical Mediterranean landscape. In addition, it is a vibrant and lively place with lots of concerts, festivals, museums, exhibitions, archaeological sites and a variety of adventure sports that are the perfect combination for a relaxing yet interesting holiday.

Buzzier than ever before, Croatia is increasing its number of travelers each year! This Adriatic country is well known for its rich history, amazing waters, exceptional wines, and delicious food. No wonder why it gains visitors every year!. Croatia’s beautiful shaped coastline is without a doubt its best attraction. Pebble beach’s that end up at dazzling crystal clear waters next to majestic old cities and charming villages all covered from the shades of sapphire and emerald, that’s the shades of its luring waters!
